Public Sessions TEST
Public Group Sessions
Breathwork in a community setting is one of the most accessible and powerful ways to engage with the practice. While the journey itself is quite inward and personal, the amplified collective energy serves as a potent resource of healing, encouragement, and connection.
Private sessions are ideal for those seeking more individualized and therapeutic support, while group sessions offer an accessible way to experience breathwork for those who feel resourced to navigate the dynamic somatic and spiritual terrain that can be experienced. If you are unsure which format suits you best, feel free to contact Tai for guidance.
LOCATIONS:
ONLINE
online sessions are 75 minutes, starting with a brief introduction and space for questions, followed by a 60-minute conscious connected breathwork journey. Settle into your home environment, turn up the music, and immerse in an introspective voyage within. Unless otherwise specified, sessions do not include individual introductions or post-session sharing and integration support.
What You’ll Need: For your home set-up, we recommend finding a private place to journey and using external speakers or earbuds for an optimal audio experience. You’ll need a comfortable place to recline, thin pillow, and a couple blankets.

PRECAUTIONS & CONSIDERATIONS
While active breathwork is of value to anyone interested in healing, personal growth and self-realization, it's best suited for those who have some background in therapeutic and/or spiritual work, as this supports one's capacity to remain in a state of witnessing awareness while the body processes old energetic holdings.
As it can be physically and emotionally demanding, it is contraindicated for those who are pregnant, have severe hypertension or cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, bipolar disorders or schizophrenia, or recent major surgeries and/or communicable diseases.
If any of these apply to you, or if you have experienced significant trauma (or simply have questions about whether breathwork can support your desired intentions), please contact Tai for a consultation before registering for a session.
In registering for a breathwork session with Tai, you must read and agree to the terms of the release and waiver of liability.
“Tai’s presence is calming and comfortable. Something about her just makes you feel like you are in good hands and I felt completely safe with her. The breathwork experience was everything she said it was going to be. Intense. Beautiful. Balancing. She is the real deal. Words can’t describe, but her gifts are special and my experience was profound.”
“What an incredible introduction to breathwork. It was amazing, humbling, and life changing. ”
“Through all the work I have done on myself, breath has been my ultimate medicine. I feel so fortunate to have started my breathwork journey with Tai. I have been able to shift around so much pain and grief and open up parts of my soul that I never knew existed. This kind of work would not have been possible without the radical witnessing and guidance of someone like Tai who creates a safe environment and exudes such care and compassion for those she is working with. Virtual or in person- Tai is skilled at making that transformative connection. ”
