LV3 | Facilitation Mentorship
Breathwork Facilitator Training, Level Three | Facilitation & Certification Mentorship
The Level Three Mentorship is an advanced training for individuals seeking guidance and support as they begin facilitating practice sessions with clients. It is learning and development that can only come from “real world” experience, with personal mentorship to address the myriad of questions that will arise as you start guiding individual and/or group breathwork sessions.
Participants are asked to facilitate twelve (12) sessions (private and/or group) during the course of the training, aiming for one client session per week. Self-evaluations for each session help cultivate the learning and discovery, and identify questions and topics to discuss in individual and group mentorship sessions.
The Level Three cohort will meet as a group once per month on Saturdays (9:30am-12:30pm Pacific) to discuss client case studies and the more nuanced terrain of how to respond in various situations you will encounter as a facilitator. You will also be encouraged to facilitate an online breathwork session for the group cohort and receive feedback. The first of four group meetings will be an introductory meeting and kick-off, and the following three meetings will be reviewing case studies and sessions from the month prior.
In addition to monthly group cohort meetings, you will receive monthly individual mentorship sessions (3 x 60-minute sessions) to discuss your client sessions and receiving support that is specific to YOUR path and growth as a breathwork facilitator.
Graduates of the Level Three program will be credentialed as “Level Three Trained” and eligible for certification. Please note that Certification as a Sword & Lotus facilitator is not guaranteed upon completion, and is at the discretion of the training team upon evaluation of competency across many aspects of facilitation. Level Two graduates who are interested in pursuing certification should contact Tai prior to enrollment to discuss this process.
Training Overview:
Monthly Small Group Meetings
For four months, we will meet on Saturday mornings as an intimate group of colleagues and practitioners-in-training to discuss sessions and client case studies, and how to respond to the real situations you are encountering in your sessions. You will receive support in taking the first steps of offering journeys to friends/community/clients, as well as an opportunity to address individual questions, from virtual facilitation best practices to modifying your approach in response to a client’s specific background and embodied story.
Facilitated Sessions
You will be encouraged to facilitate twelve (12) sessions during the course of the training, aiming for one per week for the 12-week program. Session notes and reflections will be submitted for each session, and three (3) will be recorded for review and feedback (or if circumstances permit, I will join you for the session).
1:1 Mentorship Sessions
Once per month for the three month program, we will meet privately for a 60-minute coaching and mentorship session, discussing feedback from your facilitated sessions, and addressing questions specific to YOUR path of breathwork facilitation. While these sessions are intended to occur during the three months of the training, you are welcome to space them up to six-months from the training start. Graduates of the training can also book additional mentorship sessions at a discounted rate (60-min; $150), in perpetuity.
