Women's Yoga, Meditation, & Breathwork Retreat | November 2025
A Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork Retreat with Tai Hubbert

Autumn is a sacred time to slow down, step away from the noise of the world, and listen more deeply within. In times of collective uncertainty and overwhelm, it is more important than ever to seek spaces that ground, nourish, and reconnect us to the beauty of life that is always present.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the routines of daily life and return to yourself—to listen deeply to your body, heart, and soul, and to remember who and what you truly are.
The Journey
You will be skillfully and lovingly guided through yoga, meditation, and conscious connected breathwork—practices designed to deepen self-awareness, presence, and insight.
Each morning begins in silence, followed by group meditation and a Hatha Flow Yoga practice to awaken your body and energy. Afternoons are spacious—an opportunity to soak in the sun, swim in the saltwater pool, walk the beach, nap, read, write, or simply be.
As the day softens into evening, we will journey into expanded states of awareness through conscious connected breathwork—a powerful and accessible practice for self-discovery. After a nourishing dinner, we will close with meditation or a guided yoga nidra practice, allowing the body and spirit to integrate.
A Sanctuary for Deep Renewal
Prana del Mar is entirely off the grid—a truly magical place where the land itself holds and nurtures. With no outside guests or distractions, the retreat space becomes a sanctuary for deep restoration, recalibration, and inspiration. Here, you will be fully supported to rest, renew, and reconnect.
A Dedicated Space for Women
Something profound happens when women come together in a sacred way—to heal, share, vision, and tap into the wisdom they carry. This retreat is an offering for those longing for a space where they can simply be—together—to honor the immense power and beauty within themselves and each other.

INSTRUCTOR BIO:
Tai Hubbert, CHT, E-RYT, YACEP
As a Certified Hakomi Therapist, Breathwork Facilitator & Trainer, and experienced Yoga Teacher, Tai supports individuals in releasing burdens and embodied stories of the past, allowing them to fully open to the gifts and possibilities of the present.
With over 20 years of experience in yoga and meditation, Tai received her teaching certification while in residence at the Himalayan Institute, studying under Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, Dr. Rolf Sovik, Sheri Friedrichsen, and Sandra Anderson. She has trained extensively with Annie Carpenter in the SmartFlow yoga system and has been deeply influenced by Tias Little, Donna Farhi, and Dr. Douglas Brooks.
As a spiritual practitioner, her journey has been particularly influenced by the teachings and mentorship of Adyashanti, Jeannie Zandi, and Thomas Hübl.
In her therapeutic practice, Tai offers Hakomi Therapy and Breathwork sessions and leads Breathwork Facilitator Trainings, teaching practitioners how to hold strong, compassionate containers for deep therapeutic and transformational experiences.
“Tai’s gentle, wise words with the balance of her strengthening, powerful presence, created the space for me to heal and grow at the retreat. Her humility and genuine heart of compassion facilitated one of the most transformative weeks of my soul. Tai steered when I needed a nudge of direction (in yoga practice or in a conversation through her questions) and graciously allowed space for me to explore my own capacities, providing her supportive silent presence, when she sensed strength and wisdom in me, I had not yet discovered.”
“Tai facilitated a phenomenal yoga, mediation and breathwork program. Her humility, down-to-earth attitude and sense of humor allowed me to fall in love with yoga again.”
ADDITIONAL Q&A FOR YOUR PLANNING:
Can I swim in the ocean? Generally, the waves and currents on the Pacific coast of Baja are too rough for safe swimming. You will have the opportunity to take an excursion to a swimming-friendly beach, otherwise you might mindfully wade into the breaking waves, or take a dip in the pool.
What travel documents do I need? You will need a valid passport, and for those coming from the US and Canada, no visa is required. It's always a good idea to bring extra color copies of your passport, and passports can be left in room safes.
What time should I arrive and depart? If possible, aim to arrive on Sunday in the 11am-3pm window. The retreat will begin with dinner at 6:30pm, followed by an opening circle around 8pm. For departures, plan to leave Saturday afternoon, ideally in the 12-3pm window. The retreat concludes with breakfast on Saturday. Due to the intimate nature of the retreat container, I do not allow arrivals after the retreat start date.
Should I get travel insurance? For international retreats and travel, it's always recommended to have travel insurance.
What type of currency should I bring? Cash (US dollars) is recommended to pay for spa services, tips and gratuities, and many of the excursions (some outfitters except credit cards, but some do not). There are no ATMs in the immediate vicinity of the resort, so it's a good idea to come with extra cash for anything you might want to enjoy on retreat.
What type of electric outlets are used? Should I bring a hairdryer? If you are coming from the US or Canada, your electronics will work without an adapter (all of North America uses the same standard plug for 110V connections). Please note that the resort has some hair dryers, but if you NEED one, please bring your own, and consider that their electricity is entirely solar-powered, so discretion is requested.
How do I get from the airport to the retreat center? Shuttle transfers from San Jose del Cabo (SJD) are included in the retreat. A shuttle will be arranged to meet you at the airport, and it's a 45-minute drive to the resort.
